DF Soulutions, otherwise known as Dr. Donna Ferguson Soulutions, was founded after discovering that her life’s purpose was and is to assist individuals and organizations in identifying the internal root cause of their life/organizational challenges. The word “soul” in DF Soulutions is intentional. Her work involves looking inward opposed to outward as most of life’s stumbling blocks to success lie within the soul/mind of a person. Barriers to living a purposeful life are not just housed in the soul of man but the very identity of an individual. It is the fractures in someone’s identity that cause stumbling blocks that inhibit one’s ability to operate at their greatest potential.
